I. McA. (Mac) Cunningham
Having originated conventional, jumbo, super jumbo, correspondent, wholesale, regulated lender, mortgage bank, and private equity mortgages, our team has decades of mortgage experience. Loans ranged in size from $100,000 to $15,000,000. We not only originate loans for clients, Realtors, and advisers, but we have hired and trained staff to originate, process loans and work with underwriters in all mortgage sectors.
Correspondent Lender Relationships:
Over a number of years, our parent company has established lender relationships with multiple national lenders and enjoy an average of 35 lender relationships in the course of our lending activities. We have further acted as construction/development loan correspondents with regulated regional lenders.
I have managed up to 75 employees and direct report subcontractors, plus third party professionals over my career. As well, I have been responsible for the management and oversight of multiple real estate corporations including: investor procurement and relations, financial projections and reporting, internal procedures, staffing, lender relations and Realtor affiliations, all of which gives the firm a unique understanding of all aspects of real estate transactions.
