Redlands Country Club Estates, The Redlands, Grand Junction, Colorado
This assemblage encompassed 212 acres with plans for 520 homes and nine holes of golf as an extension of the existing Tiara Rado Golf Course.
Murphy Creek Golf Course Community, Aurora, Colorado
Having opened in 2000, the golf course was rated by Golf Digest in 2002, as one of the top ten new public golf courses in the United States. Project development plans encompassing for-sale product totaling 340 units on 26.26 acres were approved by the City of Aurora.
The Homestead at Saddle Rock East, Aurora, Colorado
At the Saddle Rock Golf Course Community; 8.2 acre site with 104 multi-family eightplex units. Construction was completed with sales and construction costs meeting projections.
The Homestead in Grand Junction, Grand Junction, Colorado
Located adjacent to the Mesa Mall (the largest mall between Denver and Salt Lake City), 30 acre high density multi-family and commercial site. Project of 368 for-sale residential townhome units and 44,000 square feet of commercial retail space. Phases one and two of the residential property were completed by the company before the balance of the residential land was sold.

Redesigned the approved building plans, changed commercial uses, financed and completed construction of this 7,000 square foot brick and sandstone building in Downtown Aspen.
The Country Club of Mt. Dora Mt. Dora, Florida
Located 25 miles northwest of Orlando, Florida, the property was annexed to the historic community of Mt. Dora, Florida. The project encompassed over 400 acres and was planned for 800 residential single-family and multi-family lots, 7.2 acres of commercial development and an 18-hole championship golf course.
Centennial/Aspen Ltd., Aspen, Colorado
Development of 235 residential townhouse units in Aspen, Colorado, this 170,000 square foot project is the largest deed restricted, affordable housing development of its kind in the region.
The Campanilla Compound, Santa Fe, New Mexico
The project incorporated the renovation and new construction of historic adobe compound houses located on the oldest inhabited hill in the City. The earliest structures date to the 1600s and were placed on the State and Federal Registers of Historic Places. The project was selected as the 1984 Historic Project of the Year by the State of New Mexico.

Brownleigh Court, Denver, Colorado
A 1908 historic brick structure of 30,000 square feet which is located across the street from the State Capitol in Denver, Colorado. At time of completion, Brownleigh Court was the second largest historic rehabilitation completed in the Denver area.
